The Bill (Reg. No. 2473) enhances administrative and criminal responsibility for violation of terms established for payment of pensions, scholarships, and wages or for their partial payment. Relevant amendments are introduced to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Criminal Code.
Pursuant to the Bill, "violation of terms established for payment of pensions, scholarships, and wages or their partial payment, as well as violation of other requirements of legislation on labour are punished by a penalty imposed on the officials of enterprises, organizations and institutions irregardless of the form of ownership, and subjects of entrepreneurship at the rate of 30-100 non-taxable incomes of citizens".
